Mantis Crystal T-Shirt

Our garden in the city is tiny, more patio than yard. I’ve crammed it to the brim with planter boxes and pots; hoping to make the pavered over lot appear filled with life. It’s small to be certain but I must be doing something right because every year we get mantises! I love watching them emerge small and unsteady, diverging to grow far corners to stake out their own small patch of yard.

On occasion I like to indulge my whims and play favorites. Let’s just say this piece is my heart at play; things I love and feel drawn to over and over: my beloved mantises, abundant pitcher plants, deep smokey quartz crystals, and playful stars. And what better place to give them a home then on my personal favorite t-shirt color? It’s earthy and rich and perfect and you bet I took the first one off the press for myself.
