Luna Moth Crop Crew
When I create designs that seem focused on beautiful things: moths, flowers, celestial ornament … I also like to hide a message. Protea flowers and luna moths share a common mythological backstory, representing transformation in nature.
Many school age children learn about life cycles by raising luna moths in class, enjoying feeding the caterpillars and marveling at their final form. We drew on the vivid pale green of its wings in selecting this oh-so-cozy seafoam colored sweater.

This crop feels equal parts playful and gentle to me. Extra comfy to wear, a delicate design with a raw hemmed bottom for a bit of edge, and a color that makes me think of new and growing things.
